Our Story – A word from our Managing Director

I started my career at the age of 17 as an apprentice at a national estate agent.

After progressing through the ranks for both national and local independent agents I started to see there was a disconnect between the agent and client.

My goal from the beginning was to provide a local and more modern way to sell your home, that mixed traditional methods along with the use of technology to not only enhance the marketing but also improve the customer experience.

Our Sales Process

Once your sale has been agreed, your property is then passed to our dedicated sales progression team, where you will be informed of the progress of your sale. Our team has built up invaluable relationships with solicitors, surveyors, and mortgage lenders and they are often the glue that holds a sale together. As a result, our average fall through rate is extremely low.
